目的:建立不同产地烘干与硫熏金银花药材的指纹图谱,对比分析硫熏对金银花内在成分的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:AichromBond-AQ C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长238 nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下确定了20个共有峰构成10批烘干金银花药材的指纹特征指纹图谱,各批样品的相似度均>0.96;16个共有峰构成10批硫熏金银花药材的指纹特征指纹图谱,各批样品的相似度均>0.90。结论:该法精密度高、重复性好,可为烘干和硫熏金银花药材的指纹图谱评价提供依据。
Objective: To establish the fingerprints of dried and sulfur-smoked honeysuckle medicinal materials in different areas and compare the effects of sulfur smoked on the internal components of honeysuckle. Methods: The HPLC conditions were as follows: AichromBond-AQ C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water Temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 238 nm. Results: The fingerprints of 10 batches of dried honeysuckle were identified under the selected chromatographic conditions. The fingerprint similarity of each lot was> 0.96. Sixteen common peaks constituted 10 batches of sulfur-smoked honeysuckle Fingerprint fingerprint, the similarity of each batch of samples are> 0.90. Conclusion: The method has high precision and good repeatability, which can provide the basis for the fingerprint evaluation of dried and sulfur-smoked honeysuckle.
