郑州市地方税务局实施房地产行业税收一体化管理,实现了对该行业税收的网上管理和纳税人的网上办税。自2007年一体化管理实施以来,已从网上开具建筑业发票129325份,开具金额785.61亿元,开具商品房销售发票197869份,开具金额302.79亿元,系统直接征收税款达70余亿元。
Zhengzhou Local Taxation Bureau realizes the integrated management of real estate tax revenue and realizes the online management of taxation in this industry and the online taxation of taxpayers. Since the integration management was implemented in 2007, there have been 129,325 construction invoices issued on the Internet, with an amount of 78.561 billion yuan, 197869 copies of sales invoices of commodity houses, and an amount of 30.279 billion yuan. The system directly collects taxes of more than 7 billion yuan.
