目的探索质谱自动解卷积技术(AMDIS)在血中农药快速筛查的应用,建立血中农药快速筛查的方法。方法采用乙酸乙酯提取全血中的农药,应用AMDIS及保留时间锁定(RTL)技术,快速筛查血中的农药。结果应用AMDIS及RTL技术可有效克服复杂基质干扰,建立了采用简单的样品前处理方法,快速筛查全血中的农药的GC/MS方法,16种常见农药的最小定性检出量为0.2~0.5μg。结论 AMDIS技术在复杂基质样品中的去干扰能力结合保留时间锁定技术,可快速准确筛查血中农药。
Objective To explore the application of automatic deconvolution of mass spectrometry (AMDIS) in the rapid screening of pesticides in blood and to establish a rapid screening method for pesticides in blood. Methods Ethyl acetate was used to extract the pesticides in whole blood. The drugs in the blood were rapidly screened with AMDIS and retention time locked (RTL) technology. Results The application of AMDIS and RTL technology can effectively overcome the complex matrix interference and establish a GC / MS method for rapid screening of pesticides in whole blood using a simple sample preparation method. The minimum detection limit of 16 common pesticides is 0.2 ~ 0.5 μg. Conclusion AMDIS technology in complex matrix samples with interference ability retention time lock technology, rapid and accurate screening of blood pesticides.
