本文用透射电镜观察研究了SBS稀溶液浇铸超薄膜的微相分离结构形态。研究结果表明:在浇铸薄膜过程中,溶剂挥发速率对SBS的微相分离结构有较大的影响,通过控制溶剂挥发速率的方法得到了“年轮”状和螺旋状四种新的微相分离结构。
In this paper, the morphology of micro-phase separation of SBS thin film cast ultrathin films was investigated by transmission electron microscope. The results show that the solvent evaporation rate has a great influence on the micro-phase separation structure of the SBS during the casting of thin films. Four new micro-phase separation methods of “annual” and spiral are obtained by controlling the solvent evaporation rate structure.
