最近给社工督导时,社工都提到一个共同的问题:开展小组活动时,服务对象的“不配合”让他们摸不着头脑,同时更加挫败他们的自信心。为了让社工能在今后的小组活动中更好地开展活动,同时给予其及时的督导,笔者梳理了自己以前开展小组活动遇到类似情况的经验,认为在引导服务对象思考及回应方面,可针对“少”与“多”这两种情况具体应对。少数服务对象“不配合”面对少数服务对象“不配合”小组活动的情况,社工在小组中应做到
