不知不觉中我已在社会工作这条道路上走过五个春秋,从初出茅庐的社工到现在的见习督导,每跨出一步无不是心灵的飞跃。如今的角色更加重要,我需要带领着团队不断前进,身上无疑增加了几分使命感和责任感。社工并非圣贤,在生命影响生命的同时,社工也需要休整,需要一个洗涤心灵的港湾。因此,在团队中,我一方面注重坚持助人自助的理念,帮助服务对象摆脱困难、解决心理的负担,另一方面注重社工自我休整的退修营。而
Unconsciously, I have walked five years on the road of social work, from the fledgling social worker to the trainee supervisor now, and every step taken is a spiritual leap forward. Today’s role is more important, I need to lead the team to move forward, who undoubtedly added some sense of mission and responsibility. Social workers are not saints.
