关于设备的维修问题,有的作者将它考虑为确定性模型,用古典分析及微分方程的方法处理。例如等研究均热炉的最佳检修周期问题,就是这样做的。他们没有考虑随机因素的影响。而在生产实践中,随机因素的影响往往是不可忽视的。本文从另一角度出发,将设备的寿命作为随机变量,用概率论及数理统计的方法,以生产的经济效益为目标,从获利最大出发,寻求设备的最佳予防维修策略。本文虽然是以均热炉为具体例子进行探讨的,但所用的方法对许多别的设备也适用。
On the maintenance of equipment, some authors consider it as a deterministic model, using classical analysis and differential equations approach. For example, to study the best furnace cycle maintenance problems, is to do so. They did not consider the effects of random factors. In production practice, the influence of random factors often can not be ignored. This article from another perspective, the life of equipment as a random variable, using probability theory and mathematical statistics method, the economic benefits of production as the goal, starting from the maximum profit, to seek the best equipment to prevent maintenance strategy. Although this article uses a soaking furnace as a specific example, the method used is applicable to many other devices.
