《王瑶文集》于一九九五年十二月由北岳文艺出版社出版。 王瑶先生是我国著名的文学史家,对中国古典文学与现代文学有很高的造诣。他的《中古文学史论》是中古文学研究中的开拓性著作,在学术思想与研究方法上至今仍堪称典范。他的《中国新文学史稿》是中国现代文学史学科的奠基之作,从五十年代开始一直作为大学中文系本科生、研究生必读教材,并曾译为日文,享有很高的国际声誉。王瑶先生的文学史理论与方法因此影响了几代学人。他的《鲁迅作品论集》被学术界公认为鲁迅研究的权威性著作,显示了时代学术水平。
“Wang Yao Collection” in December 1995 by Beiyue Literature and Art Publishing House. Mr. Wang Yao is a well-known literary historian in China, who has a high attainments in Chinese classical literature and modern literature. His “History of the Middle Ages Literature” is a pioneering work in the study of the Middle Ages literature, so far in the academic thinking and research methods are still exemplary. His “History of New Chinese Literature” is the founding work of the history of Chinese modern literature. Since the 1950s, he has been a must-read textbook for Chinese undergraduates and postgraduates in the Chinese University and has been translated into Japanese and enjoys a high international reputation . Mr. Wang Yao’s literary history theories and methods have therefore affected generations of scholars. His Thesis of Lu Xun’s Works was recognized as the authoritative work of Lu Xun’s research by the academic circles, which shows the academic level of the times.
