目的:通过对北京市顺义区2011年肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)实时荧光PCR检测数据进行分析,为支原体肺炎早期诊断及防控工作提供科学依据。方法:采用实时荧光PCR法对肺炎病例鼻咽拭子进行MP核酸检测。采用SPSS13.0对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:117例肺炎病例中共检出MP核酸阳性18例,阳性率为15.38%。各季节、性别之间MP阳性率差异无统计学意义。分年龄组对MP阳性率进行比较,主要感染人群在35岁以下,差异具有统计学意义。结论:青少年为MP检测阳性的重点人群。MP感染与性别、发病季节无明显关系。实时荧光PCR检测对支原体肺炎的早期诊断和临床用药具有重要意义。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for the early diagnosis and prevention and control of Mycoplasma pneumonia by real-time PCR detection of Mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) in Shunyi District of Beijing in 2011. Methods: Real-time fluorescent PCR was used to detect MP nucleic acid in nasopharyngeal swabs of pneumonia patients. The results of SPSS13.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results: Of the 117 cases of pneumonia, 18 were positive for MP nucleic acid, the positive rate was 15.38%. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of MP between different seasons. Sub-age group compared the positive rate of MP, the main infection in the population under the age of 35, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Adolescents are the key positive MP test population. MP infection and gender, the onset season no significant relationship. Real-time fluorescence PCR detection of mycoplasma pneumonia early diagnosis and clinical use of great significance.
