对100例冠心病(CHD)患者及健康人(对照组)进行了生活应激事件和A 型行为评定和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)、血栓素A_2(TXA_2)和前列腺环素(PGI_2)血中水平放射免疫测定.结果表明CHD 组的AT-Ⅱ、TXA_2、PGI_2水平及TXA_2/PGI_2比值,在A 型与B 型行为间存在显著差异.敌意、竞争(CH)因子分和生活应激事件与AT-Ⅱ、TXA_2显著相关.提示在心理应激下,A 型行为者神经内分泌高反应性、血小板功能异常和TXA_2-PGI_2失衡可能是心理社会因素与CHD 联系的中间机制.
A total of 100 CHD patients and healthy controls (control group) were enrolled in this study. Life stress events and type A behavioral assessment were performed. Angiotensin Ⅱ (AT-Ⅱ), TXA_2 and PGI_2 ) Levels in the blood were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results showed that AT-Ⅱ, TXA_2 and PGI_2 levels and TXA_2 / PGI_2 ratio in CHD group were significantly different between type A and type B. The hostility, competition (CH) factor and life There was a significant correlation between the inflammatory events and AT-II and TXA-2, suggesting that the neuroendocrine hyperreactivity, TXA 2 -PGI 2 imbalance and TXA 2 -PGI 2 imbalance may be intermediate mechanisms of psychosocial factors and CHD.
