空中华西村工程由一栋高328m的钢筋混凝土中央筒体与3栋高254.7m的外钢管柱框架-内筒体组合而成,外围筒体通过5道环向连廊及径向连廊连为一体,中央筒体顶部支撑4层高的大型球体。针对各筒体需统筹配合的特点,通过应用液压自爬模、内爬式塔式起重机、可移动式液压布料机、液压穿心式千斤顶等大型机械设备,将4个筒体的核心筒型钢柱安装、核心筒剪力墙施工、外围框架钢管柱、钢梁的安装以及钢管柱混凝土的施工有效组合起来,在保障安全、质量的前提下,大大缩短了工期、降低了工程成本,且形成一整套综合施工工艺。
