目的:研究番荔枝种子的化学成分。方法:利用渗漉、萃取、硅胶柱层析、中压MCI柱、制备高效液相色谱以及Sephadex LH-20等多种提取、分离、纯化方法,根据理化性质和波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从番荔枝种子中分离得到7个番荔枝内酯类化合物,分别鉴定为:cis-panatellin(1)、cis-solamin(2)、solamin(3)、annotemoyin-1(4)、solamin-A(5)、cis-laurifolin(6)、murisolin-C(7)。结论:其中,化合物5~7为新化合物,化合物1、2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of litchi seed. Methods: The compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data by using percolation, extraction, silica gel column chromatography, medium pressure MCI column, high performance liquid chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 extraction, purification and other methods. Results: Seven annona lactones were isolated from the seeds of Annona auricula, and identified as cis-panatellin (1), cis-solamin (2), solamin (3), annotemoyin- A (5), cis-laurifolin (6), murisolin-C (7). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 5 ~ 7 are new compounds, and compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
