随着建筑业的发展以及房地产业的兴起,住宅工程取得了非常迅速的发展,在设计和施工的技术方面都取得了很大的进步。但是施工过程中经常会因为各种各样的原因而出现裂缝,这一问题也始终没有从根本上得到解决。尤其对于现浇住宅楼板来说具有普遍的裂缝质量问题。即使这些裂缝对于住宅工程的整体质量没有特别大的影响。如果出现过多的水源,则很有可能会产生渗漏,给住户的生活带来极大的不便,衍生出许多投诉的问题。
With the development of the construction industry and the rise of the real estate industry, residential construction has achieved very rapid development, and great progress has been made in the design and construction of technologies. However, cracks often occur due to various reasons during construction. This problem has never been solved fundamentally. In particular, there is a general problem of crack quality for cast-in-place residential floors. Even these cracks do not have a particularly significant impact on the overall quality of the residential project. If there are too many water sources, it is very likely to cause leakage, causing great inconvenience to the residents’ lives and creating many complaints.
