上海锅炉厂412型锅炉存在着一个共同的问题是汽温偏低。例如:黄岛电厂~#1炉汽温偏低达45℃,使机组负荷只能带11万5千千瓦,热耗偏大40大卡/度;在正常运行中,汽机因蒸汽过热度不够(特别在一台吸风机停运清灰时,汽温最低降到470~480℃),经常开疏水和降负荷,严重威胁了设备的安全和经济运行。为了解决汽温偏低的重大缺陷,黄岛电厂在上海发电设备成套研究所和山东电力科试所的协助下,通过~#1炉试验分析和热力计算,确定了增加对流过热器受热面的改进方案,并于1982年7月~#1炉大修时,增加受热面481米~2,取得了良好的效果。本文以该厂两台锅炉为例,对汽温偏低的原因和其改进方案作一些分析和计算(其设计参数和结构从略),以供参考。
