由航空航天部航天第一计量测试研究所张蕴玉高级工程师起草的两项国家军用标准《纳米激光偏振干涉仪规范》、《纳米激光偏振干涉仪检定规程》于1992年5月14～16日在北京通过了预审。预审会由708所主办,并委托清华大学李达成教授主持。参加预审会的有全国国防计量测试标准化技术委员会的3名委员和哈尔滨工业大学等12个单位的13名教授、专家和专业技术人员。纳米激光偏振干涉仪是一种分辩力达纳米级的测量仪表,曾荣获1988年国家级科技
Two national military standards, “Nano-laser Polarization Interferometer Specification” and “Nano-laser Polarization Interferometer Verification Protocol” drafted by Senior Engineer Zhang Yunyu from the Institute of Aerospace First Measurement and Measurement, were drafted on May 14-16, 1992 in Beijing Passed the pre-trial.
