目前,中等职业学校学生职业生涯规划教育中存在的主要问题有学校忽视学生职业生涯规划教育工作,职业生涯规划教育缺乏针对性、教育方法单一、管理体系有待健全以及担任学生职业生涯规划教育的教师素质有待提升等。因此,促进中等职业学校学生职业生涯规划教育工作水平提升应该从强化职业生涯规划教育理念、建立职业生涯规划教育课程体系、运用多样的教育方法、加强职业生涯规划教育管理与指导教师队伍建设等方面入手。
