Happiness Project is a social poverty alleviation initiative sponsored by China Population Welfare Foundation and China Family Planning Association and China Population Newspaper on February 28, 1995 to help poor mothers. With its mission to rescue poor mothers living in poverty-stricken areas, Happiness Project helps poor mothers to fight poverty, cure stupid diseases and improve the health of women in poverty-stricken areas through the mobilization of funds and power from all walks of life both at home and abroad
