采用可回抽针的搅拌摩擦点焊装置,对1 mm厚镀锌钢板和3 mm厚AZ31镁合金板进行搅拌摩擦点焊。利用正交优化法以剪切力作为评价指标进行工艺优化,研究搭叠位置的影响及无匙孔搅拌摩擦点焊的连接机理。结果表明:搭叠方式对接头力学性能有很大影响,钢上镁下方式大大优于镁上钢下方式。XRD和EPMA线扫描分析发现在镁钢接头形成Fe_3Al和MgFeAlO_4等金属间化合物,同时存一定的扩散行为,接头连接方式主要是以机械结合为主,同时存在冶金结合。
Friction stir spot welding of 1 mm thick galvanized steel plate and 3 mm thick AZ31 magnesium alloy plate was carried out by using the friction stir spot welding device with retractable needle. Using orthogonal optimization method, the shear force was taken as the evaluation index to optimize the process and study the influence of overlapping position and the connection mechanism of keyhole friction stir spot welding. The results show that the overlap mode has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the joint. XRD and EPMA line scanning analysis found that the formation of Fe3Al and MgFeAlO4 intermetallic compounds in the magnesium steel joints, while maintaining a certain diffusion behavior, the joint connection is mainly based on mechanical bonding, metallurgical bonding exists at the same time.
