社区服务通过提供便民、利民项目直接服务于社区居民,能在刺激消费、促进经济增长的同时,增加就业机会、吸纳社会劳动力。作为新兴的行业,社区服务存在着巨大的市场发展潜力,就业容量巨大,前景广阔。在今年城乡就业面临较大压力的情况下,劳动和社会保障部张左己部长提出“今年要继续使社区服务业从业人员的比重有明显提高”的要求。但由于多方因素的影响,社区服务领域形成了“有人无事做与有事无人做”的结构性矛盾,社区就业人数不多,巨大的就业潜力尚未得到充分利用。
By providing convenient and beneficial people projects, community service directly serves community residents, which can increase employment opportunities and attract social labor force while stimulating consumption and promoting economic growth. As a newly emerging industry, there is huge potential for market development in community service, with huge employment capacity and promising prospects. Under the pressure of employment in urban and rural areas this year, Minister Zhang Zuoji of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security has proposed that “this year we should continue to make the proportion of employees in the community service industry significantly increase.” However, due to the influence of many factors, the community service area has formed a structural contradiction of “some people do nothing and do nothing,” and there are not many employed people in the community and the huge employment potential has not yet been fully utilized.
