网络教育作为教育领域的一项新生事物离不开硬件环境、软件资源、技术培训、运行维护等多种优质服务和技术支持。网络教育中的网络本身是为教育服务的工具,教育才是网络教育的本质内容。因此,网络教育要遵循教育规律实现教育目标网络教育需要服务,但是网络教育不就是服务。
Internet education as a new thing in the field of education can not be separated from the hardware environment, software resources, technical training, operation and maintenance of a variety of quality services and technical support. Network in online education itself is a tool for education services, education is the essence of online education.
