我科自2001年7月至2004年9月对7例胰头癌行胰十二指肠联合右半结肠切除,获得了满意的疗效。现报道如下。1临床资料本组7例病人中男4例,女3例。年龄48～70岁,平均64.4岁。7例病人术前均行CT、MR检查诊断为胰头癌,其中2例病人在外院手术中证实胰头癌后行内引流术7例中钩突部肿瘤?
Our department from July 2001 to September 2004 on pancreatic cancer in 7 cases of pancreatic duodenal right colon resection, obtained satisfactory results. Report as follows now. 1 clinical data in this group of 7 patients, 4 males and 3 females. Age 48 to 70 years old, average 64.4 years old. Seven patients were diagnosed as pancreatic head and neck cancer by CT and MR before operation. Two of the seven patients were diagnosed as HCC by pancreatic ductal carcinoma after operation in the outpatient department.
