股骨不发育及发育不全为长骨不发育中较少见的一种畸形。我院近遇一例。 患孩女,10月余。出生后半个月来院就诊,发现“右股骨缺如”,观察10个月复查,右股骨近端仍无股骨发育迹象。 系第二胎,足月平产。其父26岁,母23岁,均体健,非近亲结婚。其母在妊娠期无高热、风疹,未服用任何药物,妊娠第7月时曾从1米多高处摔滑一跤,无腹痛及阴道流血。其兄2岁,发育正常。
