研究了强制浓度周期振荡对丙烯在 Mo-Co-Bi 氧化物催化剂上部分氧化制丙烯醛的影响。实验考察了在不同强制振荡周期与振幅下的丙烯转化率和丙烯醛选择性及收率的变化,并与稳态反应条件下的结果作了比较。发现丙烯浓度的各种脉冲方式及氧浓度的微量脉冲方式均可改善反应性能,但氧浓度的全脉冲方式效果不佳。对强制周期操作效应的机理作了探讨。
The effect of forced periodic oscillation on the partial oxidation of propylene to acrolein over Mo-Co-Bi oxide catalysts was investigated. The changes of propylene conversion, acrolein selectivity and yield under different periods and amplitudes of forced oscillation were investigated experimentally and compared with those under steady-state reaction conditions. It was found that various impulse modes of propylene concentration and micropulse mode of oxygen concentration can improve the reaction performance, but the full impulse mode of oxygen concentration is not effective. The mechanism of forced periodic operation effect is discussed.
