体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC),主要研究:①内毒素损伤内皮细胞过程中一氧化氮(NO)的作用;②不同浓度NO供体SIN-1(3-morpholinosydnonimine)对内皮细胞的作用以及SOD、CAT对内皮细胞的保护作用。结果提示:NO在内毒素损伤内皮细胞过程中发挥重要作用;高浓度SIN-1可严重损伤内皮细胞;SOD、CAT对内皮细胞的不同保护作用说明ONOO-的产生可能是NO损伤内皮细胞的重要机制
