目的探讨产前健康教育对产褥期保健依从性的影响。方法该次收集了该院2年内收治的产褥期产妇120名作为研究对象,将产妇随机分为两组后对照组60名产妇不接受健康指导,而为观察组60名产妇用产前健康教育指导;比较两组产妇各项实验数据。结果观察组产妇产褥期保健依从性高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择产前健康教育对孕产妇进行指导,可有效提高产妇产褥期保健依从性,值得临床上广泛用于孕妇产前教育宣教。
Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal health education on compliance of postpartum health care. Methods A total of 120 puerperium maternal women were enrolled in this hospital within 2 years. 60 maternal women in the control group were randomly divided into two groups, and 60 maternal women in the observation group were given prenatal health education guidance ; Compare the two groups of maternal experimental data. Results The compliance rate of maternal puerperium was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Choosing prenatal health education to guide pregnant women and mothers can effectively improve maternal compliance with puerperal health care and is worth widely used in prenatal education in pregnant women.
