目的观察康复护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者功能康复及生活质量的影响。方法选取夏邑县人民医院骨二科2015年1月—2017年1月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者50例,根据随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用康复护理干预,观察比较两组护理干预后功能康复情况及生活质量改善情况。结果干预后,观察组功能康复及生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台骨折患者在实施常规护理基础上加入康复护理干预,患者患肢功能康复效果明显提升,生活质量显著提高,临床护理效果好。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on functional rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with tibial plateau fracture. Methods Fifty patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted from January 2016 to January 2017 in the Department of Orthopedics, People’s Hospital of Xiayi County were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the functional rehabilitation and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention. Results After intervention, functional rehabilitation and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with tibial plateau fractures are treated with routine nursing interventions. The functional recovery of limbs is obviously improved, the quality of life is significantly improved, and the clinical nursing effect is good.
