目的探讨彩超在下肢常见软组织损伤的应用。方法选择该院2015年5月—2016年4月在该院接受彩色多普勒超声诊断的患者200例作为研究对象。采用彩超对患者进行损伤检查,探讨彩超的应用效果。结果对于不同类型的软组织损伤,彩超检测结果并不相同。彩对于各种软组织常见损伤有较高的确诊价值。结论超声能够评价损伤的具体范围,瘢痕形成的具体大小,同时可以观察肌肉、肌腱损伤的愈合情况,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the common lower limb soft tissue injury. Methods The hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital received 200 cases of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of patients as the study. The use of color Doppler ultrasound examination of patients to explore the application effect of ultrasound. Results For different types of soft tissue injury, the color Doppler ultrasound test results are not the same. Color for a variety of common soft tissue damage have a higher diagnostic value. Conclusion Ultrasound can evaluate the specific scope of injury, the specific size of scar formation, and can observe the healing of muscle and tendon injury, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
