抗心律失常药大都具有抑制心肌收缩力的不良反应,能否合用强心药以抵消其抑制心肌收缩力的作用,而增强其抗心律失常的疗效呢?本文报道,在小鼠抗心律失常的模型上,双异丙吡胺和新福甙合用,对抗心律失常有明显的协同作用。对12例住院的顽固性室性早搏持续2～9年的患者,以单盲交叉给药方法治疗,用隔日连续观察示波器上出现的每小时早搏数为指标,也证明两者有协同作用(P<0.05)。
