混合制冷剂的组分是影响混合制冷剂(MR)液化流程性能的重要因素之一。在特定的液化天然气(LNG)装置中,重烃组分影响设备的正常运行。本文分析了异丁烷(C4)和异戊烷(C5)组分对PRICO液化流程的影响。模拟结果显示,相对于C4组分,C5组分对降低流程能耗的作用更大,混合制冷剂中同时存在C4和C5工况比不含有C4和C5工况的能耗降低18%。最后,本文提出了采用预冷系统控制解决重烃组分含量的方案。
The composition of the mixed refrigerant is one of the important factors affecting the performance of the mixed refrigerant (MR) liquefaction process. In certain liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants, heavy hydrocarbon components affect the normal operation of the plant. This paper analyzes the effect of isobutane (C4) and isopentane (C5) on the PRICO liquefaction process. The simulation results show that, compared with the C4 component, the C5 component plays a greater role in reducing the energy consumption of the process, and the C4 and C5 conditions in the mixed refrigerant are reduced by 18% compared with those without the C4 and C5 conditions. Finally, this paper presents a scheme of using precooling system to control the content of heavy hydrocarbon components.
