以湿地松茎段为外植体,诱导其丛生芽的形成,进而建立其再生体系。实验结果表明,所设计的培养基中改良GD+NAA0.5 mg/L+6-BA4 mg/L是湿地松茎段丛生芽诱导的适宜培养基,外植体成活率相对较高,可以达到66.7%,其诱导率可达100%;丛生芽生长和发育的培养基为改良GD+0.5 g/LAC;由湿地松茎段诱导形成的芽苗生根率较低,在1/2WPM+NAA0.15 mg/L+IBA1.5 mg/L中,其生根率为最高,仅有27.8%;在移栽基质蛭石∶珍珠岩=3∶1中,生根的小植株可正常生长。
In order to induce the formation of clustered buds, the stem segments of P. philoxeroides were used as explants to establish their regeneration system. The results showed that the modified medium of GD + NAA0.5 mg / L + 6-BA4 mg / L was the suitable culture medium for the induction of shoots in the stem segments of P. elliottii. The survival rate of the explants was relatively high, 66.7%, and the induction rate was up to 100%. The medium for the growth and development of clustered buds was improved GD + 0.5 g / LAC. The rooting rate of buds induced by the stems of P. elliottii was lower at 1 / 2WPM + NAA0. The rooting rate of 15mg / L + IBA1.5mg / L was the highest, only 27.8%. In the transplanting substrate vermiculite: perlite = 3:1, the rooted plantlets could grow normally.
