本文就越精密圆锥滚子轴承C7714的试制进行总结.主要对滚子和套圈零件的超精加工及其检验作了简要的分析.经瓦厂反复试验,该试制品基本符合技术要求,作者就试制过程中及今后尚须解决的问题提出了自己的意见.
This article summarizes the trial production of the more precise tapered roller bearing C7714.It mainly analyzes the superfinishing of roller and ferrule parts and their inspection.With repeated trial of the tile factory, the trial product basically meets the technical requirements. On the trial process and the future problems to be solved put forward their own views.
