苯巴比妥(Luninal)为临床常用的镇静、催眠药物,用不同的剂量可得到不同程度的中枢抑制作用。一般认为应用大剂量肘,可抑制呼吸中枢和血管运动中枢,对于肝脏功能或肾脏功能有障碍者,更易引起中毒。因服用或肌肉注射苯巴比妥而引起的血小板减少性紫斑症报告向少,现将我部医务室所见二例报告如下,以供参考。例1 倪某,男性,29岁,已婚。1958年5月23日因全身发痒,两侧手腕、足背出现大块紫斑,来医务室就诊。于该日上午病人因胸闷、胸痛、头痛来门诊治疗,当时印象为神经痛,遂服用匹拉米洞0.2苯巴比妥0.03。服后一小时,患者即诉全身发痒,随即出现紫色斑块,部位是在两侧手腕与足背,奇痒并有烧灼痛,无腹痛及关节痛。既往史:患者于1957年10月8日、11月9日两次曾因胸闷、头痛、不舒服而服用复方阿斯匹林0.42 苯巴比妥0.03
Luninal is a commonly used sedative and hypnotic drug in clinical practice. Different degrees of central inhibition can be obtained with different doses. Generally believed that the application of high-dose elbow, can inhibit the respiratory center and vascular motor center, for liver function or renal dysfunction, more likely to cause poisoning. Because of taking or intramuscular injection of phenobarbital-induced thrombocytopenic purpura reported to less, now I see two cases reported in the clinic as follows, for reference. Example 1 Ni Mou, male, 29 years old, married. May 23, 1958 due to systemic itching, wrists on both sides, large purple spot on the dorsal foot, to the clinic for treatment. On the morning of the morning, the patient was diagnosed with neuralgia because of chest tightness, chest pain and headache. Patient then took phenylephrine 0.2 phenobarbital 0.03. One hour after serving, the patient complained of itchy body. A purple plaque appeared immediately. The site was on both sides of the wrist and dorsalis. Itching and burning pain, without abdominal pain and joint pain. Past history: Patients in October 8, 1957, November 9 twice because of chest tightness, headache, uncomfortable and taking compound aspirin 0.42 phenobarbital 0.03
