本文通过高职化学课程项目化教学的实践,对师生角色定位进行探讨。在项目化教学中,教师从知识的传授者成为学生的导师、信息的咨询者、知识构建的促进者和团队的协助者,学生从被动的受教育者成为主动学习者、信息的探究者、知识构建的实践者和团队的协助者、交流者。项目化教学中师生角色的合理定位,有利于建立新型的师生关系,能更好地提高教师队伍的素质,提高学生的综合能力,从而实现高职教育培养高素质技能型专门人才的目标。
This article discusses the role of teachers and students through the practice of project-based chemistry in higher vocational education. In the project teaching, the teacher from the imparting of knowledge to become a student mentor, information consultant, facilitator of knowledge building and team facilitator, students from passive educated to become active learners, investigators of information, Knowledge construction practitioners and team facilitators, communicators. The reasonable positioning of teachers and students in project-based teaching is conducive to establishing a new type of relationship between teachers and students. It can better improve the quality of teachers and improve students’ comprehensive ability so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality skilled professionals in higher vocational education .
