回顾研究收治的53例高位肛瘘,发现有43例高位肛瘘内、外口之规律和瘘管形状与索罗门定律(下称定律)不同:①高位肛瘘直管型内外口在横线后,而定律在横线前。②高位肛瘘弯管型外口在横线上或横线前,内口在齿状线以上之直肠后外侧壁,而定律外口在横线后,内口在齿线部后正中。③高位肛瘘蹄铁型内口在齿状线以上直肠后外侧壁,瘘管呈人型,而定律内口在齿线部后正中,瘘管呈典型蹄铁型。④高位肛瘘可无内口,仅有穿过提肛肌,盲端近直肠壁之高位盲瘘,其瘘管呈直型,或为弯型。⑤高位肛瘘如在横线前后各有外口时,横线后之外口向深部与内口相通,两外口间与皮下之直型
