实训作为中职教育的重中之重,直接关乎中职学生综合能力及社会岗位适应能力,机电专业教育也不例外。特别是随着中职教育重要性的提升,提高学生实训学习力势在必行。本文基于动力、毅力和能力三因素,提出了一些提高学生实训学习力的具体对策,希望不断提升我国中职机电专业学生实训能力。
Training as the most important part of secondary education, secondary vocational school students directly related to the comprehensive ability and ability to adapt to social positions, mechanical and electrical professional education is no exception. Especially with the promotion of the importance of secondary vocational education, it is imperative to improve students’ practical training. Based on the three factors of motivation, perseverance and ability, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve students’ learning ability and hopes to improve the ability of middle school vocational students in practical training.
