能源行业企业的技术创新引发了对热能与动力工程专业人才的旺盛需求。这也使得热动专业教学改革势在必行。热动专业的工程教育背景决定了生产实习实践环节的重要性。在新形势下如何既快又好地培养工程专业人才,达到生产实习的目标是我们所面临的严峻挑战。本文通过分析现有生产实习现状以及存在的困难,提出了采用分散与集中相结合、实践与仿真相结合的生产实习新模式。通过强化实习过程中的监控与质量管理,提高了实践教学质量及学生的综合素质,取得了良好的教学效果。
Technological innovations in the energy sector have led to strong demand for thermal and power engineering professionals. This also makes hot professional teaching reform is imperative. The professional background of engineering education determines the importance of practice in production practice. Under the new situation, how to train engineering professionals quickly and well to meet the goal of production internship is a serious challenge we face. Based on the analysis of the status quo of existing production internships and the existing difficulties, this paper proposes a new mode of production internship combining the combination of decentralization and concentration, practice and simulation. By strengthening the monitoring and quality management in the internship process, the teaching quality and the overall quality of students have been improved, and good teaching results have been achieved.
