当前,我国的基础教育正处在由注重规模、速度的外延式发展向注重质量、效益的内涵式发展转变的重要时期,怎样促进内涵发展是各个学校面临的重大课题。学校之所以区别于其他社会组织,就在于其构成要素有着显著的不同。我校围绕校园文化、课程开发、教师发展、学生发展等学校核心要素做文章,走上了一条协调发展、持续发展、特色发展的道路。
At present, basic education in our country is in an important period of transition from the epitaxial development focusing on scale and speed to the connotative development focusing on quality and efficiency. How to promote the development of connotation is an important issue for all schools. The reason why schools are different from other social organizations is that there are notable differences in their components. Our school has made a fuss about the school core elements of campus culture, curriculum development, teacher development, student development and embarked on a path of coordinated development, sustainable development and unique development.
