目的:研究中药蛇床子有效成分蛇床子素(OST)对悬吊应激性小鼠性功能低下的改善作用。方法:建立雄性小鼠悬吊应激性功能低下模型,连续灌胃蛇床子素20d后,观察蛇床子素对应激性小鼠性功能低下的保护作用;测定血清睾酮和皮质酮水平;计算性器官及附性器官脏器系数。结果:蛇床子素0.15、0.075g/kg组的阴栓发生率分别为66.7%、56.7%,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);对悬吊应激性小鼠引起的性行为低下及血清睾酮水平下降有较好的对抗作用;并能增加睾丸、附睾、精液囊和包皮腺的脏器系数。结论:蛇床子素对悬吊应激性小鼠性行为缺损有一定的改善作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of osthol (OST), an effective constituent of Cnidium monnieri, on the improvement of sexual dysfunction in mice with stress-stress suspension. METHODS: Male mice were established with a stress-induced hypofunction model. After continuous administration of osthole for 20 days, the protective effect of osthol on sexual dysfunction in stress mice was observed; serum testosterone and corticosterone levels were measured; And organ organ coefficient. Results: The incidence of thrombosis in 0.15 and 0.075 g/kg osthole groups was 66.7% and 56.7%, respectively, which was significantly different from that of the model control group (P<0.05); it was caused by suspending stress mice. Low sexual activity and decreased serum testosterone levels have a good antagonistic effect, and can increase the organ coefficient of the testis, epididymis, seminal vesicles and prepuce glands. Conclusion: Osthole has certain effect on the suspension of sexual behavioral defects in stress mice.
