我们大芦家单元断块破碎、有多套含油层系、多种油藏类型叠置,经过三十多年的高效开发,大芦家单元已进入特高含水期,综合含水已高达95%,开发管理难度、稳产难度与日俱,面临着含水上升带来的腐蚀、偏磨加剧等困难;低渗透油藏仍处于“双低”开发阶段。各类油藏层间、层内矛盾日益突出,部分油井受气量大、易出砂、油稠、结蜡、腐蚀、偏磨、地层能量低等因素的干扰,检泵周期短,重复作业,成为制约油井免修期延长的一大难题。通过我们多年来的悉心摸索、综合治理,多年来一直保持了稳定开发油井免修期达到1045天。
