陶行知的乡村职业教育思想对当前我国农民职业教育改革具有重要借鉴意义。其“生利为主义”的教育目的,“模块化”课程设置思想,“经验,学术,教法合一”的师资素质,“最适之生利才能兴味”的生本理念以及“开放型”的办学体制等主张仍具有现实意义,针对我国农村职业教育实际,为农民“生利”服务,构建新型农村职业教育课程模式,优化“三农”教师结构,树立现代农民观以及走农村职业教育办学体制长远发展之路。
