本实验用2,450MHz 微波照射家兔阴囊,待睾内温度升至43±0.1~0.2℃时,维持0.5h。微波照射后第三周,附睾重量明显减轻(P<0.01)。电镜下可见附睾头部主细胞的静纤毛肿胀,附睾尾部主细胞的高尔基体的膜囊扩张。酶组织化学和电镜细胞化学的方法揭示,附睾尾部主细胞内的MADP 酶活性下降。微波照射后,精浆肉毒碱浓度逐渐下降,约至第4周降至最低水平(P<0.01),此后又逐渐恢复至正常水平。本实验证明,微波照射后可使主细胞的与吸收、分泌和转运等功能有关的结构发生改变,从而影响了正常的附睾功能。
The experiment with 2,450MHz microwave irradiation rabbit scrotum, until the testicular temperature rose to 43 ± 0.1 ~ 0.2 ℃, maintained 0.5h. The third week after microwave irradiation, epididymal weight was significantly reduced (P <0.01). Electron microscope shows the main cells of the epididymis capillaries swollen cilia, the main cells of the epididymis Golgi membrane dilatation. Enzymatic histochemistry and electron microscopy cytochemistry revealed a decrease in MADPase activity in the main epididymal cells. After microwave irradiation, the concentration of carnitine in the seminal plasma gradually decreased to the lowest level in the fourth week (P <0.01), and then gradually returned to the normal level. The experiment shows that after microwave irradiation can make the main cell and absorption, secretion and transport and other functions related to the structure of the change, thus affecting the normal function of the epididymis.
