新的课程,新的理念是和传统的注入式教学相悖的,几十年的教育生涯,我作为初中政治教师坚定的投身改革的潮流之中。我们必须更新观念,更新知识,转变角色,从知识传授者变成知识的引导者。让学生自主学习,在合作中成长,倡导学生主动参与,特别是教学中尊重学生,让学生成为主体,而教师只是一个客体。下面谈谈我在教学实践中的一些具体做法,与广大同行一起探讨。
New courses and new ideas run counter to the traditional infusion-based teaching. For several decades of my educational career, as a junior high school political teacher, I firmly joined the trend of reform. We must update our concepts, renew our knowledge, change our roles, and turn our knowledge transferors into knowledge guides. Allow students to learn independently, grow in cooperation, promote students to take the initiative to participate, especially in teaching respect for students, so that students become the main body, and teachers are just an object. Here to talk about my practice in teaching some of the specific practices, with the majority of colleagues to explore.
