当今世界,科学技术突飞猛进,知识经济已见端倪,国力竞争日趋激烈,教育在知识经济时代的关键作用已成为国际社会的普遍共识。知识经济时代对创新人才的培养提出了前所未有的紧迫要求,而创新人才就是具有创新人格的人。同时,知识经济时代对教育也提出了前所未有的挑战,处在大教育背景之中的中小学音乐教育同样面临着机遇和挑战。由此看来,培养创新人格是音乐教育改革与发展中的重要课题。
In today’s world, with the rapid development of science and technology, the knowledge economy has taken shape and the competition for national strength has become increasingly fierce. The crucial role of education in the era of knowledge economy has become a universal consensus of the international community. The era of knowledge-based economy for innovation in the training of personnel raised unprecedented pressing requirements, and innovative talent is innovative personality. At the same time, the era of knowledge-based economy also poses unprecedented challenges to education. Primary and secondary school music education in the context of large-scale education also faces opportunities and challenges. In view of this, cultivating innovative personality is an important issue in the reform and development of music education.
