文章通过对《农田水利条例》的出台和实施进行简要的分析,简析其对我国今后农田水利发展的作用与意义;以及如何解决实际中实施与操作过程中发现的问题与难题。
Through brief analysis of the promulgation and implementation of “Regulations on Farmland Water Conservancy”, the article analyzes its function and significance to the future development of farmland water conservancy in our country and how to solve the problems and problems found in the actual implementation and operation.
