当今社会是一个飞速发展,瞬息万变的社会,它迫切需要高素质的人才,而这种高素质的人才必须具备敏捷准确的口语交际能力。《语文课程标准》总目标中也指出:学生要“具有日常口语交际的基本能力,在各种交际活动中,学会倾听、表达与交流,初步学会文明地进行人际沟通和社会交往,发展合作精神”。但目前小学生“听、说、读、写”诸能力中,“说”的能力最差,尤其是低年级学生,“说”的能力低下所产生的负面影响,已明显延伸至中、高年级,使其“读写”能力因失去基础依托而导致发展缓慢。因此,强化低年级学生口语交际能力的训练,是势在必行的事。
