目的探讨大角度外斜视超常量外直肌后徙的临床疗效。方法对３０例大角度外斜视行超常量后徙术，外直肌后徙８～１１ｍｍ，平均９４９ｍｍ。结果术后随访６～１４个月，手术成功率达９３３％。结论认为超常量外直肌后徙是矫正大角度外斜视的一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of large angle exotropia on the rectus abducens. Methods Thirty patients with large angle exotropia underwent postoperative hypermutation. The external rectus muscle moved 8 ~ 11 mm with an average of 949 mm. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 14 months. The successful rate was 933%. The conclusion is that extra-lateral rectus abdominis migration is a safe and effective method to correct large-angle exotropia.
