我国北方农业低产落后、自然灾害频繁的一个主要原因是土地贫瘠。这是我国北方特定自然条件所形成,同时也有着悠久的历史根源。我们的祖先在这块宝地上为世界农业发展和人类文明作出巨大贡献的同时,也破坏了这个基地的生态环境,到处水土流失,沟壑纵横,耕地破碎,土壤瘠薄。要通过水土保持综合治理,改良土壤,建立起用地养地相结合的耕作制度,使土地越种越肥,永续高产稳产。
In northern China, low-yielding agricultural backwardness and frequent natural disasters are one of the main causes of barren land. This is formed by the specific natural conditions in northern China and also has a long history of roots.
