宫内节育器(IUD)的放置是我国育龄妇女采用的主要避孕方法之一。取拿过程大多数顺利,少数可因种种原因造成IUD断裂和残留,给手术带来困难。本文介绍我院通过宫腔镜诊断及在B超监测下用膀胱取石钳取出断裂和残留的IUD 13例。
IUD placement is one of the main contraceptive methods adopted by women of childbearing age in our country. Take the process most of the smooth, a few may be caused by a variety of reasons IUD fracture and residue, to surgery difficult. This article describes our hospital through hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound in the bladder with lithotome to remove the fracture and residual IUD in 13 cases.
