T_45′脱碘酶的作用是使局部组织中 T_4向 T_3,转化,巯基是其辅助因子。本实验应用放射免疫分析法研究了大鼠仔鼠肝脏中 T_45′脱碘酶活性变化及原因,结果发现。新生仔鼠肝脏中 T_45′脱碘酶活性明显低于成年大鼠,到21天左右时才达到成年水平,但在5mMDTT(二巯基苏糖醇)存在下测其活性时,则可消除这种差别。由此可知,仔鼠肝脏中 T_45′脱碘酶活性低于成年大鼠可能是由于仔鼠肝脏中巯基化合物含量少引起的,而和血中 T_3、T_4含量少无关。从而说明疏基化合物对新生仔鼠是很重要的。
T_45 ’deiodinase role is to make the local T_4 T_3 conversion, mercapto is its cofactor. In this study, radioimmunoassay was used to study the changes of T_45 ’deiodinase activity in the liver of offspring rats. The neonatal offspring liver T_45 ’deiodinase activity was significantly lower than adult rats, to 21 days to reach the adult level, but in the presence of 5mMDTT (dimercapto-threitol) to measure its activity, you can eliminate this difference. This shows that offspring liver T_45 ’deiodinase activity lower than adult rats may be due to offspring in the liver caused by small amounts of sulfhydryl compounds, and the blood T_3, T_4 content was little. This shows that the sparse compound is very important to newborn offspring.
