顺铂微球处于科研试验生产阶段,为取得临床前实验数据,本文用原子吸收法测定体外血清中顺铂微球的溶出速度。并对日立Z-7000原子吸收分光光度计上使用国产全热解石墨管测定铂含量的方法进行探讨。
Cisplatin microspheres in the scientific research and experimental production stage, in order to obtain preclinical experimental data, this paper by atomic absorption spectrometry determination of in vitro serum Cisplatin microspheres dissolution rate. The method of measuring the content of platinum on Hitachi Z-7000 atomic absorption spectrophotometer using domestic pyrolytic graphite tube was also discussed.
